Doctor of economic sciences. Professor. In 1988 graduated from Sergo Ordzhonikidze Moscow Institute of Management, economic cybernetics faculty, where specialized in economical cybernetics. Defended a candidate’s (1993), and a doctors (1996) dissertation on Economical Dynamics during a Transitive Period (methodology of macro analysis and the principles of regulation). From 1993 till 1994 worked as head of Working Force Migration Department for Russian Ministry of Labor. From 1995 till 2004 was the head of sector in Macro economical research institute. From 1999 till 2000 gave lectures in Economics and Law Institute, from 2000 till 2001 – in Moscow State Institute of International Relations; from 2003 till 2004 was a visiting supervisor of studies for post-graduate students in Moscow Finance and Law Academy. From 2005 till 2006 was the administrator of research projects for Russian Social Opinion Research Center. From 2006 till 2008 held a head of department in science and technology sphere post in Russian Economics, Politics and Law Research Institute. From 2004 till present time Evgeniy is a professor in State University of Management. He is an author of more than 200 articles and 30 monographs. During the years of scientific efforts 9 candidates of science were trained. In 2004 Evgeniy was a United Nations Development Program expert, invited to assist in the preparation of ‘Social Investment in Russia’ report (jointly with Russian Managers Association). In 2007 – supervisor of ‘Research of Dollar/Euro Currency Shift Tendency’ grant, carried out with the financial support of Russian State Science Fund (project number 07-02-00019a). Since 2008 – editor in-chief for Capital of the Country Internet magazine. Area of scientific interest: functioning of innovative market, institutional economy, evolution of socio-economic systems.
