PhD in Technology. Born in 1966. Graduated from Moscow Lomonosov State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics in 1988, specialized in Mathematics. Defended PhD thesis on program analysis problems in 2004. Authored 34 publications on optimizing technologies and 20-year experience in development of system software as developer, architect and head of project. Participated in creation of the Russian Elbrus microprocessor, worked with Sun Microsystems, US; Mutek, Israelk; Intel, US. Currently: ZAO Optimizing Technologies (development of software startups), General Director. Simultaneously: Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computing Technologies n.a. S.A. Lebedev of Russian Academy of Sciences, Deputy Head of Research and Development Department in charge of Science and Innovation.
