Graduated from State Academy of Management specializing in Economics and Management in Housekeeping and Communal Service, Municipal Economy in 1996. 1998-2004: Chief Specialist of Audit and Control Chamber of the Moscow Region Duma. PhD thesis on Building-up of Regional Policy of Restructuring of State Sector in 2006. Head of research project “Diagnostics and Monitoring of Key Innovation and Technological Indicators of Russian Economy (Russian President’s Grant of 2008 No. МК-5967.2008.6). Participant of research project “Research of Privatization Cycles and Evolution of Private Sector of Economy on the Basis of the Theory of Non-linear Dynamic Systems” executed under financial support of Russian Foundation for Fundamental Research (grant of 2008 No. 08-06-00138а). Author of dozens of articles on economy, co-author of a monographic study on protectionist policy in the Russian and international markets of state purchases. Scope of scientific interests: regional economy, economy of social sector, microeconomics.
