Born in 1978. Lives in Volgograd. Graduated form Volgograd College of Oil and Gas in 1997, specialized in Management, Finance and Credit. Graduated with honors from Volgograd State University in 2000, specialized in Economy and Economic Management. 2001-2004: post-grade study in Volgograd State Agricultural Academy, specialized in Economy and Economic Management. Participated in creation and execution of many regional projects, includihng project of restructuring of GPO «Barricady», AO «Electronmash», OOO «Chisty Mir» etc. Has entrepreneurial experience in business consulting, logistics, construction industry and wholesale trade. Scope of professional activity: business consulting. Specialized in business planning, project auditing, budgeting, installation of elements of management systems of direct costing and controlling, monitoring of national market for Russian and foreign companies, tax optimization and protection from raider attack. Currently pursues business interests by executing a commercial radiation project.
