Born in 1965. Currently: Professor and Deputy Head of Chair of Political Economy, State University of Management (Russia). Graduated from Economics Faculty of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1987, specialized in political economy. Post-grade and candidate PhD thesis in S.Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management in 1992. Complete PhD thesis “Theory Aspects of Military Purchase Market Functioning” in State University of Management in 2001. 1992–2000: Chair of Economic Theory and Fundaments of Entrepreneurship, MGTU STANKIN. 2000-2003: Head of Chair of Political Economy, MISis. Has been working in State University of Management since 2001. Authored over 80 scientific and methodical publications. Head of two research projects on grants, executed under financial support of Russian Humanitarian Research Foundation (1996-1997) and Saint Petersburg State University of Economy and Finance (1995-1996). Winner of two grants for individual research of Moscow Public Research Foundation. (1996 and 1999). Head of Project “International Capital Market: Regularities of Formation and Development of In-state Capital Market” within the program of professional upgrading in innovation sector (GUU-RGUITP) (2006). Scope of interests: history and methods of economic theories; world economy and global competition; state regulation of economy; defense industry complex inside economic structure.
