In 1986 she graduated from Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Communications. In 1991 she graduated from the economic department of Higher Technical Educational Institution named after Likhachev. In 1986-1990 years Natalia worked as an engineer in Special Design Bureau of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR. In 1990-1991 she worked as a design engineer in Giprogeolstroy of the Ministry of Geology of the USSR. In 1991-1993 years Natalia served as a senior accountant responsible for material part of the Construction branch of «Montagnik». In 1993-1994 years she served as deputy chief accountant at securities department of JSC «STS». In 1994-1998 she worked as a secretary-referent in the closed company «SPS». In 1999-2007 years Natalia served as an engineer in a large network of service centers «Mercedes» and «BMW» «UNIT-AUTO». In 2007-2008 years she worked as a PR-manager in an advertising agency “Terralife strategic». From 2009 till now Natalia serves as a head of special projects in on-line magazine “The Capital of the Country”. She prepares tender documents for participation in government projects, develops programs of informational partnerships and business cooperation with regional economic forums, industrial conferences, publishing houses and International investment economic forums. Sphere of professional interests: technologies of public communications, political technologies.
