Andreev, Researcher in Physical Acoustics. 1993-1995 – Center for Informatics Promotion, Socio-technological Research and Analysis of Science of the RF Ministry of Science, Chief Scientific Specialist, Deputy Head for Research. 1995-1997 – Analytical Department of RF Presidential Administration, Consultant of State Science, Technology and Education Policy. 1997-2007 – RF State Research Center Institute for Acoustics n.a. Academician N.N. Andreev, Deputy Director for Science. 1994-present – Moscow State Pedagogic University, Professor of Sociology, Economics and Law Faculty. Currently: Deputy Director of Russian Research Institute for Economics, Politics and Law in Science and Technology. Since 2002: Chairman of Scientific Council for Acoustics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Authored more than 120 articles in scientific press and numerous publications in popular media. Made recurrent TV appearances. The scope of scientific interests: problems of Russian scientific diaspora, analysis of workforce situation in Russian science.
